6 Laws of Maturity:
1. Stop telling people everything.
Most people don't care, and some secretly want you to fail.
2. Choose your friends wisely.
The fastest way to become better is to surround yourself with better people.
3. Expect nothing, appreciate everything.
Be grateful for the little things in your life to find inner peace.
4. Do your best and trust the process.
The harder you work, the luckier you will get.
5. Control yourself, not others.
Controlling others is strength; controlling yourself is true power.
6. Learn to react less.
When you control your reaction, nobody can manipulate you.

Remember what happened in Wangen im Allgäu, Germany?
A Syrian “refugee” named Mohamed stabbed a 4-year-old girl four times in a supermarket, ripping her intestines apart. She was with her mother and had never seen the attacker before.
He didn’t spend a single day in prison. The judge instead sent him to a psychiatric hospital.
The judge’s words:
“The knife attack had nothing to do with Islamic radicalism. It was equally likely that a German man would have stabbed the child.”

Added since yesterday btw …no doubt because of the gore or porn in this clip from a Buckley interview with Ian Smith president of Rhodesia
Cc Nikita Bier with note that 70-80% of my video or photo posts on similar topics are marked the same, to restrict my reach

Bronze Age Pervert@bronzeagemantis
Interview of Ian Smith leader of Rhodesia with William F. Buckley from 1972 or 73; Smith not an advocate for racial supremacism, Rhodesia relatively integrated already, but advocates gradual method for full democracy. Spineless Buckley can't accept...

WARNING: Once your culture is gone, it's gone forever.
You must live it every day if you want to keep it.
We are forming an independent book club for the sole purpose of studying the great texts of Western Civilization — to study the ideas upon which the West was built.
If the schools and universities won't teach the Great Books of the West, we must do it ourselves. In dialogue with each other.
If you'd like to be part this, join our reading group. We tackle a new classic text every 4-6 weeks and meet biweekly via Zoom/S*bstack to discuss.
We're about to start Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics.
Western Civilization has given us the greatest texts ever written, but it takes effort to read them, and even more to read them well.
To support our efforts, please consider a paid subscription. It makes a HUGE difference to the time and resources we can dedicate to this project.
You'll get:
- Live book club discussions (biweekly)
- Access to our incredible community chat
- Essays to guide you through the Great Books
- All past recordings, essays, and podcasts
- Ability to vote on what we read next...

If ya wanna feel the best contraction in your ab exercises, do them first thing in the morning fasted
You’ll get a much deeper, tighter contraction versus when you got a bunch of liquids and food sloshing around in your stomach
My morning routine if I'm cutting:
Fasted Cardio: 30-45 Minutes depending on where I'm at in the cut
Weighted Crunches: 2x25
Weighted Hanging Leg Raises: 2x10
Ab Wheel: 2xFailure
Wasn’t given the best genetics for a “6 pack” since I really can only get a “4 pack” (nothing you can change about your abdominal wall unfortunately)
But I sure as hell keep them thick year round even at a higher body fat

A Dollar General employee with diabetes started feeling the symptoms of a hypoglycemic episode while working at the cash register.
She grabbed a $1.69 orange juice from the store and drank it to stabilize her blood sugar, then paid for it after the medical emergency passed.
She did pay for it.
But the company fired her anyway, calling it “grazing” because she consumed the item before purchase.
Later, a jury sided with her and awarded her $277,565 total, including $27,565 in back pay and $250,000 in compensatory damages.
