Friend of mine had 6 btc, sends 2 btc to 1broker a year ago to long apple earnings, was too lazy to make the trade, left his coins, site gets seized by SEC, loses old 2FA phone, finds 2FA phone, gets 2 btc back today a year later. What a journey...

@VentureCoinist No, the brand 1Broker will definitely not return. Cannot predict yet, whether we will be able to bring back the services we offered.

Good news: 1Broker is back (as a read-only version) at 1broker.io

We are currently engaging U. S. counsel who can represent us in the SEC/CFTC case. We expect that this takes a few days. We received the green light from our lawyers to set up a read-only version 1Broker to view balances and transaction history. ETA: 48 hours

@Brokercom1 We closed withdrawals immediately after we saw the SEC press release as a precaution. Withdrawals that made it into the wallet queue beforehand were processed.

We expect that there are no further news/updates during the weekend. We want to apologize for the backlog of unanswered support requests - working as fast as possible!

Another anecdote. The company behind @1Brokercom seems to be lying about what's going on with this investigation & hiding FBI's involvement. From 1pool.ltd: "...an SEC agent..." From SEC PR: "...a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation..."
