World 3 is on the horizon

There's lots of places in the game that need to be made to adapt to custom keybinds, but it's coming along nicely! The billboard signs should now translate to other languages as well.

@Stormzycc @micro_dinner Yep! We've got lots of ideas and world 3 is W.I.P. Each one is full of unique content and mechanics so it takes a bit, but i hope it'll be worth the wait. Previous worlds may even be revisited at some point
