Luc Chignell successfully prosecuted the company director of an extensions business for misuse of £100,000+ of customer funds. After a 3 week Trial before the Honorary Recorder of Leicester HHJ Timothy Spencer KC, the Defendant was convicted & sentenced to 18 months imprisonment.
