Hmmm, this doesn’t look like Chud was walking away and it definitely doesn’t look like he was still being beat on after he shot the guy.
Looks like he was right up in someone’s shit like he is in all his videos, and pulled the trigger instantly after the altercation started.

ChudTheBuilder shot a man who attacked him outside a courthouse in Clarksville & accidentally grazed himself in the process. Before it escalated, he asked the man if he was going to “chimp out” the man then walked up & sucker punched him. It is unclear if the man survived.
