Thanks to swift investigative work by the Boulder Police Traffic Team, a driver who struck a cyclist and left the scene today was identified and cited within hours of the crime. At approximately 10:53 a.m. on Wednesday, March 26, Boulder Police were called to the intersection of 63rd and Spine in Northeast Boulder for report of a crash involving a cyclist and pickup truck. I have two accounts on @X. I just tried deactivating one of the two in protest of @elonmusk ridiculous lies about #elections. After carefully following all the steps required, of course, I received “oops something went wrong “ message. Musk’s way of keeping accounts.

@zndx @limebike Yes but… these have the distinctive trait of being aligned and stood up like a distribution driver would have done vs the random abandonment of a careless rider. Those are equally bad.

Voter turnout had surged in #boulder. With ~33,500 returned and roughly 26,500 ballots counted, there are still at least 7000 ballots yet to be counted. These later ballots tend to be younger and more progressive voters.
