#BO6 DETAILED SNIPER FEEDBACK @Treyarch I’ve spent roughly 30 hours sniping during this beta, and I consider myself an above average player. I don’t want sniping to be easy, on the contrary, I enjoy the challenge. However, there’s a fine line, and with the tweaks and bug fixes I’ve presented below, we’re on the right path to create one of the best CoD sniping experiences to date. Right now, snipers are outclassed by almost everything. They need some serious love to be on par with the rest of the weapons in the game. Here’s how I would buff them: - Increase ADS speed - Remove delay when noscoping after tactical sprint. - Make hipfire noscopes more accurate (right now, you miss 90% of the time even at 1-2 meters away). - Remove jumpshot, dive, and slide ADS penalties. You should be rewarded for your movement, NOT penalized, just like all the other weapon categories in the game! This is especially important with omni-movement to mitigate the clunky feel snipers experience now. Sniper bugs: - Fix uncentered crosshair when in scope (the crosshair is misaligned, which affects accuracy). - Fix mouse sensitivity issue on Keyboard & Mouse (it slows your sensitivity down when you use optics of greater zoom - 1x optics feel better than 8x optics, for example). - Fix visual bug of sniper not displaying the rechamber after starting a tactical sprint. @SHGames fixed this in a later season of MWIII by delaying the sprint animation until after the rechambering animation was finished.
