@1NaRLay None of these dudes got money long enough to play with the FBI & ATF lol. The legal process can be very drawn out for a lot of reasons, some of them bad as you mentioned. All star just so happened to be a felon committing a very visible crime on camera.

@1NaRLay Yes because robbery has a higher bar of proof than simply possessing a gun. Which is why I said the robbery charge for ben10 could very well come ( I think it will ) but it’s very investigation dependent, more so than simply holding a gun.

@1NaRLay The state will have to file those charges, but that would require witness & victim cooperation which they may not get. They don’t need statements or cooperation to hit him with a gun charge. He’s on camera.

@1NaRLay Had he shot other people he could’ve maybe claimed that he was worried they were coming back. They will show this picture in court & it’ll be a done deal. That is man half dead he’s continuing to shoot. By his own admission, he was on the floor twitching.

@8003zzz That’s understandable but it’s krazy how the law can shoot people posing no threat multiple times in the back but you regular citizens can’t finish the job when it was multiple attackers whose to say the rest wasn’t coming back tho? Krazy how the law works

@1NaRLay Felons are allowed a narrow range of self defense. He would’ve been fine had he shot the dude, dropped the gun, and waited for police. Instead he continued to hold on to the gun & them shoot a man who was down.
