Daniel Perry identifies as ‘Queer’ and features a transgender flag alongside a Palestinian flag on his Instagram page. Prior to becoming a ‘Queer Dance Artist’ he studied at a $65,000 (£48,000) per year performing arts school. @charlesbrunton @thismorning I couldn’t agree more. There’s nothing more distracting, than audience members forgetting that they’re not watching TV at home. Moaning the wrong lyrics at us, walking about, chatting or arguing with others. Even coming up on stage to say hello and the show grinding to a halt! 🙄

Maybe @thismorning could do a segment on ‘Audience Theatre Etiquette’ … and take back EVERYTHING they said in this segment. More than happy to share stories of how disruptive and disheartening it is to performers when audience members; text on their phones/sing along/shout out.
