@ALANMYERSMEDIA @JulieHob1878 Yeah, but it’s all about stability now and being careful what you wish for isn’t , what does our ceo say “happily dissatisfied’
Most pointless club in existence

@Andy_H_EFC I’m still raging about it, he’s ran some of those players into the ground by failing to freshen it up. His loyalty to his favourites is irksome and constantly dumbs down expectations. Tired of it already from him.
English

@MattJFootball Majority of that will be Tarkowski running back to his own goal, only to be outmuscled by a striker, sliding on his arse and us conceding.
English

Another little follow-up on this...
After this weekend's games, James Garner has covered more distance than any player in the Premier League (405.37 km) this season.
No centre-back has covered more distance than James Tarkowski (351.86 km) #EFC
Matt Jones@MattJFootball
They've also had eight players play 2,500 or more minutes this season - Pickford, Tarkowski, Keane, O'Brien, Mykolenko, Dewsbury-Hall, Garner, Ndiaye - the most of any side in the Premier League #EFC
English

Just had a little peek at some numbers this morning thinking about why Everton look so knackered.
So they are bottom for players used (22) and subs made (123) in the Premier League this season #EFC

@joe_thomas18 @EvertonShamrock Sadly this wasn’t a petulant response to a freak goal in the dying moments, but it was the anger at months of mundanity, timidity, caution, and the loss of hope. The responsibility for that lies on the side of the team and management. So many things came home to roost.
English

Seamus Coleman deserved better than to end his time at Everton to a sea of blue seats and the sound of rival fans celebrating
At HT, Europe felt so close. Now, it’s gone. 6 without a win makes it hard to argue Everton deserve it

@teadrinker68 3 points from a possible 21 in our last seven games. Europe in any format was there for the taking , massive revenue lost in league placing. It’s turgid to watch, no game plan whatsoever, but we must be careful what we wish for. Send him on his way.
English

Still can't believe there are people on here defending Moyes.
Burner accounts. Got to be.
That yesterday was indefensible. And for me, that has been the benchmark for the season - certainly at home.
Worse still, it looks like there are people at the club prepared to back him.

@leads @MattJFootball Third goal hit the back of the net and I was up and out. Really couldn’t be arsed with any of them and Moyes. Sunderland looked fitter and sharper and knocked the ball about at will, and we just let them
English

@1Sharp1878 @MattJFootball I'm fuming with that an hour later and having to wait and watch that fucking lap. Derby aside, the most annoyed I've been.
English

If you play this back four you concede goals. It’s crazy Moyes has gone with it again.
That was insipid. Feels like a performance that’ll turn a lot of people neutral on the manager.
They’ve bottled a great chance of Europe. Don’t think you can dress it up as anything else #EFC
English

@lesroberts77 We defend so deep with those two and still teams get in behind.
Defence is never balanced playing O’Brien at right back.
Just shake hands with Moyes and send him on his way.
18 months he’s had and what on earth is the style of play he’s trying to implement.
English

He’s not looked properly on it for two seasons now. Should been rotated out with Keane and had O’Brien as first choice CB, especially after Branthwaite’s injury. Another blind spot from Moyes that’s cost us this season.

State of Tarkowski here. Never gets called out for it tho

#EVESUN Everton fans i think we've stopped being shocked by our referee appointments. But this one is something else.
John Brooks is the ref. He is statistically the worst ref we could have been given this weekend.
Oh and the last game he did involving Everton? The derby at Anfield...
And if that wasn't enough, VAR Tony Harrington is third from bottom out of every official we've had lately.
They've really done us here.
Are we surprised?

Big thankyou to our kit sponsors for the past 2 years #MCLARENCONSTRUCTION.
The boys have always looked smart when training and before matches but look even better with a cup.
Today’s coaches motm going to our strike pairing of Albie and Oliver. #Hardworkgetsrewards.
