New GHSA 4A State Record in the Prelims

#DCSDTrack Sole Frederick (23.52) and Sanaa Frederick (23.53) ran in separate heats in the 200m prelims in Class 4A and both broke the record held since 2003 of 23.64 by Chamblee's Mary Ann Erigha.

I am so glad that I got to run and represent Trinidad and Tobago at Carifta Games 2023🇹🇹. This is my first time running internationally and going home with two slivers in the 4x1 and 4x4! i’m so grateful for this opportunity and thankful for all the love and support!!
