@Fat_Electrician I’m 67, so I suppose I’m the hippie generation. But I’m all in on nuclear power. But data centers mostly don’t produce their own power, and they consume enormous amounts of water. They are horrible for the residents anywhere near them.

I’ve looked into this very minimally, so I’m genuinely asking. Why are people opposing data centers so hard? My gut feeling is it’s hippies opposing nuclear power 2.0, but I’m willing to be convinced otherwise.

Pistols are generally only available at gun shops or at gun shows. Purchases are regulated and controlled by the federal government including a 14-day waiting period and a federal background check. Even at a gun show, the firearm dealer needs a license from the feds and does the paperwork.

@japan_nobunaga Not at Walmart anymore. Not even ammo. They stopped that a few years ago. We do have gun shops that sell guns, ammo, attachments, and other things.
