How could the CEO of a major institution like COCOBOD be outside th country when the likes of Cocoa farmers are being celebrated?

And the worst of it all: This man will be in the USA for a minimum of 21 days as the BSs mgt commitment chair.
He will receive per diems, bonuses and other allowances and still be entitled to his pay as the CEO of COCOBOD.
