Today, the Ward 11 team presented a 23-year-old young man who presented with one year of inflammatory polyarhritis, recurrent fevers,rash, lymphadenopathy, and organomegally. He was eventually diagnosed as Adult-onset Still Disease complicated by chronic destructive arthritis. @MulagoReferral @InternalmedMak @MakCHS_SOM @MakerereCHS @Makerere This patient highlighted the intersection between infectious disease, rheumatology, and general medicine which we frequently encounter in our practice.

On Saturday, we joined our mother club, @KampalaSouth , together with our sister clubs for the southern family get together. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect and celebrate the spirit of Rotary fellowship with our mother club & sister clubs. #RotaryEyamba

Together with @Destadia , we extended the Financial Literacy Campaign to Kalisizo over the weekend. Women market vendors gained practical skills in money management.
