When he died eight days ago, his face was everywhere. Every platform carried his photo. Everyone had something to say. The timelines were heavy with grief. For two days, it felt as though the whole country paused. But eight days later, the noise has faded. His name is no longer on people’s lips. His image has been swept aside like dust in harmattan wind. Life has continued, as it always does. Only his family still sits with the real weight of it. Only they feel the ache that does not trend and does not expire. Are we meant to mourn forever? But there is something sobering about how quickly the world moves on when a person dies. It reminds you that applause is brief, attention is fleeting, and the crowd does not stay long. So laugh while your lungs are strong enough to carry it. Cry when you must. Love deeply and allow yourself to be loved in return. Travel if you can. Eat good food. Sit with friends and merry. Forgive quickly. Carry no hatred in your chest; it is too heavy for such a short journey. Do that thing you have been postponing. Stop telling yourself “one day.” Help someone. Share what you have. Give, even if it is small. All we truly have is now. The present hour. Make every second, minute, and hour count. Live your best life.

Zinc absorption is limited to ~7 mg per serving, so anything above that in a single dose is unlikely to be fully absorbed, unless doses are split throughout the day or intake is high enough for passive diffusion. The other consideration is that the duration of this study only goes for 4 weeks, which isn't enough time to risk copper depletion, which ironically is fundamental for optimal sex hormones and thyroid hormones, alongside many more biological processes. The best way to assess for zinc status is through alkaline phosphatase levels (<60 U/L consider zinc deficiency), plasma zinc (<15 umol/L), and symptoms associated with it being low (low libido, recurrent infections, low stomach acid/protein malabsorption, etc.)
Moosa@questmoosa

Elite wrestlers who supplemented with 3mg/kg of zinc daily for a month, were found of having significantly higher testosterone and thyroid hormone (T3+T4) levels when compared to placebo group which saw steady decreases in both of the hormones due to excessive workload.

"Saya stres mas karena nggak bisa nyukupi kebutuhan keluarga, nggak bisa nyukupi anak dan istri.." Ya Ayyuhannas! Pantesan kamu stres! Lha wong kamu mikirnya kamu yang nyukupi mereka! Kamu merasa dirimu pemberi! Kita ini lho siapa kok berani-beraninya mau nyukupi orang lain, lha wong kita aja masih terus selamanya dicukupi sama Gusti Allah!

Dihajar realita, dikasih penyakit serius, ekonomi runtuh, gak ada jalan lain, and many more. Life doesn’t humble you at your highest, but at your lowest.

Looking for some solid advice. I have multiple cysts in both breasts. They want to do a biopsy (in both). I’m trying to avoid it and heal naturally. Currently, doing DMSO and castor oil at night, apricot seeds daily, black seed/oregano oil daily, dandelion root daily. What else?

"We Consider The Cholesterol Level Of 350 Perfectly Fine." Barbara O'Neill "Now, Doctors Want You Down To 150"...Every Time The numbers Are Lowered, Millions More People 'Need' Drugs. That's Not Health Care, That's Greedy Marketing. Statins Are A $22 Billion Dollar Industry. Dr Uffe Ravnskov, world renowned Lipidologist, "For half a century, a high level of total cholesterol (TC) & low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) has been considered to be the cause of atherosclerosis & cardiovascular disease (CVD), & statin treatment has been widely promoted for cardiovascular prevention. "The Cholesterol Hypothesis was falsified & has been unequivocally proven as false. The Framingham Heart Study failed to prove that cholesterol causes heart disease...in fact it proved the opposite. The findings of the 30year study actually shows that when cholesterol is lowered...mortality INCREASES." "The hypothesis that high total cholesterol causes CVD was introduced in the 1960s by the authors of the Framingham Heart Study. However, in their 30-year follow-up study published in 1987, the authors reported that ‘For each 1 mg/dl drop in total cholesterol per year, there was an 11% increase in coronary & total mortality’. "If high LDL-C was the major cause of atherosclerosis & CVD, people with the highest LDL-C should have shorter lives than people with low values. However, in a recent systematic review of 19 cohort studies including more than 68,000 elderly people (>60 years of age), we found the opposite. In the largest cohort study, those with the highest LDL-C levels lived the longest." "In a systematic literature review of all statin trials that presented all-cause survival curves concluded that statin therapy only extends life by 3.2 days." "So I make no mistake by saying that long term treatment with a statin is an iatrogenic mitochondrial disease...a physician caused death. Physician's have broken their oath to 'first do no harm' by prescribing the deadly cholesterol lowering statin that is causing Parkinson´s disease, Alzheimer´s, chronic fatigue, cardiomyopathy, diabetes, fibromyalgia, kidney disease, unexplained heart failure, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, etc." There are no benefits in taking a cholesterol lowering statin. It is harmful to every cell in the body to lower cholesterol, which is the building block to every cell membrane. Statins cause a litany of side effects that will cause sickness & a low quality of life. Statins do not lower Cardiovascular Risk or Disease, Stroke, Heart Attack or Mortality. Statins cause more death. Chronic Conditions Caused By Statin Drugs: Liver Inflammation & Damage New Onset Type 2 Diabetes Heart Failure Vertigo & Dizziness Cognitive Impairment ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) Aphasia Dementia & Alzheimer's Disease Cancer Pancreas Inflammation Parkinson's Disease Muscle Tearing & Pain (Rhabdomyolysis) Fatigue & Weakness Neuropathy Hormone Deficiency Brain Damage MS Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Depression 👇Elderly With High LDL Live The Longest👇 bmjopen.bmj.com/content/bmjope… 👇The Higher Your LDL, The Longer You Live👇 meddocsonline.org/annals-of-epid… 👇Statins Extend Life Only 3.2 Days👇 pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26408281/ Speaker: Barbara O'Neill, Nutritionist & Naturopath

I sound mad, because I am. For 6 years, my daughter needlessly suffered from treatment resistant “severe mental illness” that I now know was metabolic and mitochondrial dysfunction that I could have fixed from day one on my own at home and in my kitchen. It was never Bipolar Disorder (and hallucinations during manic episodes), never OCD, never anxiety, not depression, not ADHD. It was her body screaming out for help. This book was published in 1975. 50 years ago!! In August of 2024, I found metabolic therapies. I changed our diet. I threw out ALL of my groceries and went to the farm. 7 days later, she was off her afternoon meds. 3 weeks after that, we found Brain Energy and added the ketogenic diet to our metabolic therapies. 3 days after that, she woke up an entirely new child. She was off all medication within the next 2 weeks and in remission ever since. From treatment resistant to living her best life in 6 weeks. We are built from food. Not pharmaceuticals. Get curious. Your child’s life might just depend on it.

@JohnDParody @VincentSco72192 John I trust your judgement, but India fared quite well during the plandemic taking ivermectin. I’m sure there are companies that hopped on the band wagon, producing subpar meds. I purchased from Privet Pharma, and the pills are cheap, and they work. covid19.onedaymd.com/2021/10/did-iv…

People If I had the money I would be on the ground in Gaza or anywhere in the world to get the damn story. If you complain about the media and don’t support a journalist with spotless ethics who is trying to fix the damn problem. Then dont bitch about it ever. Bc I would gladly be a nomad around the world getting the story. The corrupt motherfuckers get thrown money and platform and people like me got to straddle a 85 degree incline butt ass naked with a laser chasing them
