Gm Warriors. 🛡️ Feeling extra good today. Feels like I am beginning to find myself again after a long time... Here's a quote I ran into recently that I liked: "Most powerful is he who has himself in his own power." To me this is about self control, when we have self control, we are not a victim to life anymore. It allows us to make proactive choices that leads to a positive outcome rather than a destructive one. I came up with something related too: There is no such thing as inaction, there is only action because everything we do is a choice. Take full ownership of your actions, and realise you have the power to say no to things that aren't beneficial to you. Another thing that has been important for me is to focus on not trying to avoid the present moment for that deep focus that lets you really do tasks at your best ability. Since when we try to get to the next moment, we are saying that the current moment is not good enough for some reason. Then we ignore the details or get impatient to doing the momentary actions as much as they require. Maybe we feel ashamed of ourselves or something like that. Or maybe it is that we fear pain and to experience it fully. There could be a bunch of reasons. Get clear on why you avoid the present moment, and consolidate with yourself why it is not so bad as to need to try to always skip to the next moment and avoid being here, right now. The pain of wasting your life being unconscious is greater than any pain you will ever face in this reality. Feeling lovable again, is another important thing I have been exploring. I felt like I was an imposter, however I am starting to finally realise that I am lovable too. Because true love does not require anything in return, it is unconditional.
