Just home from the Cork after game dinner. While shock and deep disappointment were widespread there were resounding ovations and support for the team and management. Beaten by the better team on the day, congratulations to Tipperary on a stunning second half performance.

So, my occupational therapy today. I washed and dried a load, separately. I emptied a dishwasher and put the contents away. In other news, I can shower and dress myself. I long since have needed neither nappy nor catheter. I can get into a car. And I can walk again, unaided. I/2

Back on the road…. A trip the Galway Clinic🦋 Time to sort my own health out now after months of rescheduling 😱Two procedures in September 🫣 So far….. Another one coming up in Limerick, no dates and then on to Dublin for more tests 🥱🙏🦋 All’s good so far… 🥰💛
