@1dramaprincess In this case, we suggest you perform a clean reinstall of your Spotify app. It's different from the regular one. You can follow the steps here: community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-ca…. Just keep in mind that you'll have to re-download music and podcasts afterwards. Let us know how it goes.
