💔 Emotions ran high as Lil Poppa’s manager spoke during his funeral and revealed she was the last person to talk to him before his passing. According to her, the final conversation still weighs heavy on her heart. She told the crowd that what happened wasn’t anyone’s fault and said Poppa had been struggling with happiness for a long time.
She shared that he often felt like life never truly made him happy, something that shocked and saddened many fans who followed his journey through music.
A lot of people online are now reacting to her words and reflecting on the pressure artists deal with behind the scenes.
Do y’all think the music industry does enough to protect artists’ mental health? 🤔

I’m not jumping to conclusions, but let me say this. Fans and media be quick to label a player “injury prone” We don’t choose to get hurt… sometimes shit just happens. Y’all don’t see the rehab, the pain, the mental drain it causes. That process can make you lose yourself. This shit is real. No matter how much support you get, you still gotta fight that battle alone.
Prayers up for Rondale Moore and his family. He was a baller, no question.

Rondale Moore suffered back to back season ending knee injuries in 2024 and 2025. This photo was taken right after his second ACL tear back in August. Now, it’s been reported that he’s passed away. He was just 25 years old, man 😔
