Vanessa Nakate is a Ugandan climate justice activist and Unicef Goodwill Ambassador. In 2018 she created the ‘Rise Up Movement’ to amplify the voices of activists across Africa. Her work also involves highlighting the risks, causes and consequences of the Climate Crisis.
