That's notable because these two barely speak. Israel's refused Kyiv military aid, citing its own security coordination with Russia in Syria. Netanyahu's kept unusually close ties with Putin. Ukraine's been backing anti-Russian-aligned factions in Sudan, Libya, and the Sahel, actors Israel doesn't love either. A funeral for a mutual ally being the closest thing to a Ukraine-Israel meeting in years. Yhat does that say about where each stands with Washington right now?
