I went back 8 years into Montgomery County's public court records. I built three automated scrapers, pulled over 10,000 criminal cases from that courthouse, scanned hundreds of news articles, and cross-referenced every finding against the court's own system. Tomorrow I am releasing the full report. Every case, charge, and bail amount side by side with Dalton's. We will see what the specific people in this courthouse considered appropriate bail for confessed child killers, double murderers, convicted felons who killed multiple people, murder defendants who fled the state, and murder defendants who were rearrested while already out on bond. The numbers are worse than you think. And the bail amounts I found were the initial amounts, most were likely reduced further at subsequent hearings. The bail hearing is May 21. I pulled every murder and attempted murder case from Montgomery County's public court records under DA Robert Nash. 16 cases. Not one exceeded $250,000 bail. Nash never requested no bond for any of them. Then Dalton Eatherly was charged with attempted murder where nobody died, in self defense, Nash requested complete detention, and the judge set bail at $1,250,000. Every case number is verifiable. The First Amendment is fake. The Second Amendment is fake. First Amendment organizations are fake. Second Amendment organizations are fake. A Black guy verbally threatened a White guy, then physically attacked him. The White guy shot him, and now the White guy is up on attempted murder charges. Everyone is justifying the attack on the White guy based on words he said at times and places other than that of the scene where he was attacked and defended himself with a firearm. Not a single First or Second Amendment organization has offered support for the White victim of Black violence and anti-White prosecutorial and judicial malfeasance. As a paramedic I will not pretend to see spiders when a patient is hallucinating about spiders. I will also not pretend you are a different gender than what you actually are. It’s really simple. Americans have freedom of speech. A white man saying the word “nigger” doesn’t equate to “fighting words” or an imminent threat like going into a bank and saying “I have a gun. Give me the money”. The fact that this word is only an issue when a white person says it PROVES that any claims of offense or provocation because of it is actually only racial discrimination against Whites and an infringement upon their First Amendment rights. I would go as far to argue that using a white person saying the word “nigger” as evidence in court to justify a black person’s assault as “provocation” is a violation of that white person’s 14th Amendment under Equal Protection. My rights don’t change just because of my race. If blacks can say it, whites can say it. You are discriminating against me and violating my 1st Amendment Right on the BASIS OF RACE if otherwise. #FreeChud
