Greetings Passengers! Tomorrow, June 6th, at 09:00 UTC (10:00 CET, 5 AM EDT), we'll be pushing an update for First Class Trouble. This update will not change much that you see, but is an important update to how we handle DLC. We expect a 6 hour downtime for this update.

@Poofesurefan231 100% (un)intentional. It's a fun bug that can pop up after a push, it's likely caused by desync/lag that causes the server and client to disagree on where a player should be. Since it's usually just an entertaining situation for everyone it hasn't been high prio for a fix.

Valve has rolled back the Steam update that appeared to cause the problem. Steam players should now be able to log in using the normal Steam client again.

To opt into the Steam beta client, you can open Steam and click on "Steam" in the top-left. Under the "Account" section there is "Beta participation" with a "Change" button. You can use that to opt into the Steam beta client.

We're looking into reports where Steam players are unable to log in. Keep an eye on this thread or in the status-announcements channel in our Discord for information! discord.gg/fct

We're seeing server creation begin to stabilize again. If you're stuck on "Joining" for more than a minute, we recommend restarting your game. We're still investigating the cause to try to ensure this doesn't happen again.
