@indi_hartwell Well, you've never been under 5'--all seat belts basically strangle me and ride too high on my abdomen, risking spleen rupture (common event after accident). I am safer without one. The shoulder belt runs across my neck in most vehicles if I sit close enough to actually DRIVE.
