@AccrueReturns @CapitalChr92373 How to transfer them without selling and accumulating capital gains from a T212 Invest account? I get I can sell £3k and not accumulate gains but if I sell another 3k then I pay on the gain? How is it possible to transfer in this scenario?

@CapitalChr92373 If you’ve got a spouse, you could transfer shares to them tax-free, they get their own £3k allowance aswell That’s £6k of gains you could shelter per year between you. Will be slow to wind down and transfer to the ISA but I can’t think of any other way unfortunately

Uk people. Annoyingly I first started investing in my general account and thanks to palantir I made too much money in it 🤣 Is there anyway to move this into the isa without paying CGT? I transfer £3,000 a year currently but that’s not making a dent
