@wmata This display at Metro Center (13th St exit) has been frozen for months. The numbers never change; here are two recent photos taken on different days.

@wmata FYI, I first reported this sign being non-working (& covered up) on 10/31/24. Since then, I’ve reported it 3 more times: 11/24/24, 1/22/25 & yesterday. You can see all those reports & WMATA responses in this thread. Your normal process is not working. This needs escalation.

@wmata 50% resolved. The one at Union Station is back in service. ✅ The one at Metro Center was briefly turned on (and being tested?) one day last month when I went past. Couldn’t read it because the panel sign was still on top of it, as remains the case today.✖️

@wmata Thank you. It’s concerning that your station managers aren’t on top of this kind of thing. (Worse, somebody made a conscious decision to simply cover up the one at Metro Center instead of fixing it. That seems like a real dereliction of duty.)
