Lol. What kind of icon redesign is this? The new Spotify logo looks like someone ate the old one and threw it back up.

We came full circle on AI. There is now an ‘anti-Grammarly’ AI tool that adds typos to your emails. But in the meantime - we lost the purpose of an email.

The takeaway: Don't let AI’s speed trick you into rushing the review. The goal isn't to generate more code; it's to ship a system you actually understand. If you prioritize "merge velocity" over genuine comprehension, you aren't building faster—you’re just building a reckoning.

2. Throughput ≠ Velocity. AI generates code faster than we can audit it. The time saved in typing is often lost in the extra effort required to verify the logic. Making code cheap to generate doesn't make it cheap to skip the "how." If you don't understand it, you don't own it.

AI can shrink your team, but it won’t shrink your timeline. I’ve realized that while AI speeds up writing code, it doesn’t necessarily speed up shipping products. If a project takes 6 months to be "customer-ready," it still takes 6 months.

Enterprise AI Strategy 2026: 1. Ignore the backlog. 2. Hire a "training agency" to teach everyone what a prompt is. 3. Fail to innovate. 4. Blame the agency for the lack of ROI. It’s not education; it’s a high-priced blame-game. Stop buying time and start shipping features.

With $100M+ in revenue and millions of users already on board, Manus gives Meta a proven "Agentic" engine to compete with OpenAI and Google. The goal? A "friend-slash-assistant" that doesn't just suggest things but actually gets them done.

The Big Shift: From Chatbot to Agent. Manus can do travel booking, resume screening, or analyze stocks. Facebook is evolving from a passive scrolling platform into an execution layer for your life.

Meta is acquiring AI agent startup Manus for a reported $2B+! This isn't just another chatbot—it’s a "brain transplant" for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Zuckerberg is moving fast to turn social media into a high-utility productivity hub.

We’re entering a multi-accelerator era: GPUs + TPUs + custom silicon. The GPU monopoly isn’t gone — but it’s cracking at the frontier.

This shift isn’t about GPUs “losing.” It’s about AI labs wanting control: predictable roadmaps, locked capacity, and less exposure to spot-market GPU shortages.

Broadcom just revealed Anthropic as the buyer behind $21B+ in Google TPU orders. This isn’t a cloud deal — it’s an infrastructure shift. AI is quietly moving beyond a GPU-only world, driven by architecture, economics, and control over compute.

We've seen this movie before (think the RedHat/SuSE/Debian race 25 years ago). Expect offerings to have an advantage every 3-6 months, followed by a marginal consolidation.

I used to wonder if OpenAI was overextending. Now I'm certain. Overconfidence led them to chase every major tech category: TikTok (Sora), Chrome (Atlas), the smartphone market etc. By scattering their focus, they created an opening, and Google capitalized on their core product.

Haven't heard of this before where one is asked to click on an invisible area to perform an action... "Windows update makes sign-in password icon invisible — Microsoft says you can still click on empty space to enter your password"

Why does Dove need 25+ shampoo varieties in 5 different sizes? Brand proliferation secures shelf space but kills retailer conversions. Target bears the cost while customers walk out exhausted.

Target: flat revenue for 2 years. Amazon: +11% growth. The difference? Amazon makes decisions effortless. Target overwhelms customers with 20+ nearly identical options. The curse of choice architecture is killing retail.

Target problem isn't pricing—it's cognitive overload. Watched someone walk into Target ready to buy, get overwhelmed by 20+ identical products, search Amazon for clarity, and leave empty-handed. Brands win with SKU proliferation. Retailers lose. linkedin.com/pulse/target-r…
