The point suggested giving the F1 teams a set of regs, a bunch of energy (electric or fossil, either/ both) any recovery methods could be employed without metering (call it free energy). Now race!

But, teams should have taken the opportunity to learn from the LMP1 teams (especially the strategists !), commentators should have been taught to explain the new tech without the excitable drivel ! Just stop the ra ra and Pom poms !
