The MLB can tell me exit velocity of a batted ball, the launch angle, how hard it was hit, pitch velocity, pitch movement in inches and spin rate of the ball, and there is not a racetrack in America that can time a horse race accurately.

You’d think you’ve seen it all in harness racing - then you see one with the lines through the bit and hook back to the buxton rings on either side.
In case anyone is wondering, the horse took off in post parade, dragged the driver & hit the starting gate. Escaped injuries

@allan1144 @HPIbet I know. I crush the winner in the 1st Leg, single to May To For and then have heavy plays going forward and now all the sheep that bet Twin B Hugs in the 1st get bailed out by Mother Nature and all I get is a lousy refund. It's a brutal game, man. So many factors work against.

I'm alive huge after first two legs. No consolation based on above rules, but should be refund. I see neither. They don't get to keep our money and c/o to next card because they cancelled. Imagine if that were allowed? Please advise.

The Pick(n) pool shall be cancelled and all Pick(n) wagers for the individual performance shall be refunded if:
Pick-3: at least 2 legs are declared no contest or cancel. (Effective Jan 1, 2012)
Pick-4, 5 or 6: at least 3 legs are declared no contest or cancel.
