He also asked them for examples of tampering cases not only in South Korea but internationally too, including in sports (during the first hearing he openly admitted he wasn’t familiar with the concept.) ↘️MHJ and Danielle’s side kept complaining about the “slow pace” of the process, and ADOR changing lawyers and ADOR’s side basically ignored it. ADOR also asked the judge to consider whether Danielle’s side is actually the one trying to rush the case at an unusually fast speed for the legal system while claiming ADOR is interfering with her entertainment activities — which ADOR says they are not. They repeated again that she is free to do whatever she wants.
