@theJeremyVine New rules introduced state that cyclists going straight on have the priority over a vehicle turning left - as is the case in many European countries.
Supposed to have a pre-arranged call with an advisor from Virgin Media and surprise surprise... they've not turned up! They continue to be hopeless. @virginmedia

This painful cancellation saga continues, since contacting VM in January to cancel our subscription, hanging on for hours waiting to speak to someone, being passed form one dept to another, still receiving payment demand emails for a service never used @virginmedia

@virginmedia After 2 online Complaints and one in writing to Sunderland they state ot was only cancelled in mid Feb. I assume these calls are recorded?
