During yesterday’s match vs Sentinels, there seems to be quite a bit of drama surrounding the tech pauses that occurred during Breeze and Lotus. Just wanted to give some clarification since the public probably can’t see/hear what’s being said during the match. Breeze (2nd Map) Tech Pause - Mada’s PC crashed 10sec after round start, which immediately lead to us asking our admin for a Tech Pause. We also typed in Party Chat to let Sentinels know DIRECTLY that we have an issue and we cannot play. A couple of seconds later we start dying one by one to Sentinels’ players running around the map. I’ve never seen that before, so I ask our admin for clarification on why they’re moving during a Tech Pause. Reason: Round timer still running, Tech Pause isn’t/wasn’t in effect yet. Lotus (3rd Map) Tech Pause - Sentinel’s PC crashed around 10sec after round start. Sentinels’ player types they crashed in party chat. I ask my admin during the round multiple times if this is a tech pause, I received no answer or any words from our admin for the remainder of the round (1m40s) so I continued to move. Hopefully that clears things up 👍
