$FYNN FINRA (legitimate regulatory authority) approved name/ticker symbol change, took time. Acquisition with Circle Energy (legitimate company) took time. There are massive barriers to growth, especially in the initial stages of a business plan. Growth takes time. I’m all in

$FYNN dilution is expected in the early stages of company development. Have bills to pay and growth costs $$. Still believe in the vision and business plan. Executed a strategic partnership, and name change. $200 gets you 1M shares today. NFA but still worth the risk IMO

$FYNN Nope, you’re not alone. I agree with everything said here. Flipping is flipping, real investing looks long-term, not PR to PR. Silent periods can be frustrating, but I’d rather have that than a CEO who releases a PR on every single “possible” outcome. More to come here IMO

$FYNN I know I’m on an island alone right now but I just don’t think this is done. There’s just to much that doesn’t make any sense. For one Circle Energy and $FYNN went into business together to create Carbon Capital Solutions. (Recently) Nether company would blindly go into business with the other without do massive amounts of DD. Why would Circle Energy want 51% of Carbon Capital if FYNN was such a garbage company? Again why change the name? You don’t have to spend time and money to change the name if you’re just going to dilute for no reason. On 4-22-2025 they completed the audited financials for 2023 & 2024 Why spend the money doing that for no reason because it’s not cheap auditing financials. The CEO owns a butt load of restricted shares. Why ? He doesn’t need them to dilute the company. I’m not saying I’m happy with the company by any stretch of the imagination. Matter of fact I’m pretty pissed off for the lack of communication however I’m not ready to right this off as a loss either. I’m sure most will disagree but it’s just my two cents One more thing I’m seeing other stocks with OS of 4 or 5 Billion run to penny land or close to it so we still got a pretty good looking SS even with dilution. Just saying 🤷🏻

$FYNN Agreed- invested here for the tokenized trading platform fintech. Circle Energy is only the beginning. Once this is proven and fully operational, the sky is truly the limit with a number of other tradable assets.
