I know that facts sometimes get in the way of a good piece of tabloid social media posts, but in case anyone was wondering, here is what the Air Force Academy Board of Visitors actually does: The U.S. Air Force Academy Board of Visitors is established under Title 10 U.S. Code 9455. The Board inquires into the morale, discipline, curriculum, instruction, physical equipment, fiscal affairs, academic methods and other matters relating to the Academy which the Board decides to consider. It is not an appointment to make decisions about the military. It is basically a board that makes decisions concerning the operation of an educational institution. Nothing more. Nothing less. Don't take the bait and make this appointment more than it is.

She’s a grieving widow so we have no right to ask what the hell qualifies her to a position advising our Defense Department. This is all perfectly normal and only people who are DEMONIC would question this appointment.

Four days into the conflict with Iran and we are seeing how desperate the Alphabet Media is to find any way to attack President Trump and the military action in Iran. "Reports" from "people" "familiar with the conversation/situation/discussion" are starting to come out from the usual suspects - CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, The Washington Post, The New York Times - because these outlets/liars are desperate to try and make President Trump and our military women and men look bad. I have a simple rule of thumb that I hope everyone follows: when the Alphabet Media uses terms like "sources" or "people" or "officials" without naming names, they are lying. This goes for every "news" outlet (yes, including FOX News and others). If someone isn't going to put their name on a leak, they are lying. Simple as that. Please pass this along. And whenever you see a post on X citing "sources", "people", "persons", "officials" or whatever/whoever, demand names or call the report out for what it is - a lie.

If you're wondering about who was at today's Pentagon press conference, here's some context >>> The Pentagon has severely restricted access to info in the past year. Pete Hegseth credentialed a MAGA media "press corps" last fall after traditional news outlets rejected new press pass rules that media lawyers said criminalized routine reporting. The MAGA crew does relatively little reporting, so most coverage of the US military is now happening from outside the Pentagon's five walls. Journalists from some traditional outlets were allowed to attend this morning's press conference with Hegseth and Gen. Dan Caine. But Hegseth only answered Q's from his chosen outlets. I'm told he had a pre-selected list of questioners, and all the reporters were in assigned seats, so he knew who to call on. When NBC's Courtney Kube tried to get a question in anyway and said, "President Trump put a four-week timeline on it — are you saying that is wrong?," Hegseth dismissed it as a "typical NBC sort of 'gotcha' type question."

Barnes is doing everything he can to distract from the fact he lied to everyone - Beaver Nation, the Athletic Department, and President Murthy. The evidence is overwhelming (ht @BelligeBeavs) Barnes must be fired, FOR CAUSE, immediately. The Tinkle news is just a smokescreen - a distraction - to get people to ignore the evidence of Barnes' dishonesty. He must be fired. There is no other option. He is showing that he will do whatever it takes to save his job, and that includes taking down the entire OSU Athletic Department if he has to. @OregonStatePres do the right thing and get rid of this cancer. #GoBeavs #FireBarnes
