@miskpetals you can be a Salafi and still follow a Madhab btw. Aqeedah/Manhaj and Fiqh/Madhab are two different paths.

i’m not really on a madhab rn, still learning. salafi approach just makes sense to me (qur’an & sunnah), but i don’t see it as a madhab. and yeah I respect all the scholars fr like Abu Hanifa, Malik ibn Anas, Al-Shafi‘i, Ahmad ibn Hanbal … they’re way above us.
