@23andMe why did my brother and I purchase the same exact kit on the same day for the same price and he got a free year premium and I didn’t? He purchased from your site, I purchased from Amazon. Same day. Same kit. Same price. Customer support is abysmal. #baitandswitch

@23andMeSupport @FarmerGran @23andMe There is no one home on your "Customer Care" page, only a chatbot. I asked a simple question about making another purchase and the bot had no clue. I finally asked for a human employee. I waited about 2 hours for it to connect me to a human. Sadly it never did.

@23andMe I've been a paying customer for years. I can no longer get appropriate customer support. Today, I noticed I can't view any information from my DNA matches or even see shared matches. When I tap to see the matches' information, all matches are showing up as unauthorized. WTF?!
