Despite the name, the Crewe-based cult, the 'Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light' are not the same as the Ahmadis/Qadiyanis - they are another totally separate non-Muslim group. The two do share some similarities. Neither are actual Muslim groups, both boast their own Messianic leaders and both plagiarise from the real Islam. The Crewe cult actually takes some of their historical and spiritual understands from Shiite inspirations - their leader claims leadership in part due to allegedly being a decedent of the Prophet Muhammad pbuh. They dislike senior Sahaba, they believe in the leadership of the Imams of Ahlulbayt etc... So, in a scense they could be considered a freakish off-shoot of 12er Shia Islam but to the point that even Shia Muslims wouldn't ever consider them a Muslim group. The Ahamdi Religion of Peace and Light claim their members have been "persecuted" in Muslim majority countries including Sunni Egypt and Shia Iran. That goes to show how "Islamic" they are. Real Muslims don't accept them.

By the Grace of Allah, today we celebrated our first-ever Eidul Fitr at our new Mosque in Toronto 💯 The keys were handed over to us in the blessed month of Ramadan. The building used to be a Church - we've now converted it into a Mosque 🌙 Alhamdulillah 🙏 Eid Mubarak!

I am attending the Jalsa Salana UK in person this year. Yesterday, I shared Beloved Huzoor’s inaugural sermon with a Sunni family from Montreal who are under Tabligh. At 11 PM last night, I received a call from them saying that all four members of the family want to do Bai’at. Alhamdulillah!
