@hjluks I have reversed my meniscus tear using peptides. I was also recommended surgery 4 years back. Same overuse injury. Gradually building the strength with proper nutrient support restored full functionality. Nothing on the MRI since then

Tina is 57. Competitive runner in her 30s. Then life happened — kids, loss, single parenthood. Her running stopped, and she no longer went to the gym. When the kids left for college, she started running again. Came back too fast. Got hurt. Then hurt again. Then her knee wouldn't settle. Her MRI showed a meniscus tear. The first surgeon said she needed surgery. Same with the second. She came to me for a third opinion.

Such is life... A decade of my life going from one village to another, building lives, nurturing hope & aspirations, working on infrastructure ― roads, naali, khadanja, bypass, medical college and more. To those who stood by me through loss and victory, I am forever grateful. To those celebrating today, congratulations. And to those asking, "How's the josh?" I say- it’s still high, Sir. 🫡

India's obsession with SUVs is something I'll never understand. I've been a car enthusiast forever. A lower center of gravity and reduced body roll mean supreme comfort. People rave about Innovas and Fortuners, but frankly, they're the most uncomfortable vehicles I've been in. Your body bobs from side to side, making you feel much more tired than if you were traveling in a sedan of a similar price range. Fuel efficiency is better in sedans. Sudden turns and the turning radius are much better in sedans. Driving or being driven in a sedan is far superior compared to an SUV or micro SUV. It's not as if we are off-roading or traversing the jungles of Nagarhole daily. In fact, your Seltos, Creta, or whatever else, actually can't even handle 4x4 terrain. The only explanation here is that Indians, being generally shorter, just feel good driving something bigger to compensate for their lack of height. It's a self-confidence thing and not much of an automobile thing. This SUV mania has driven sedans out of the market, which is pretty sad because those are actually built for comfortable drives on uncomfortable Indian roads. How can the entire country collectively disregard logic over an expensive purchase that often ends up with a 9-10% loan?

@mauna_adiga These woke reporters think that they will decide what will be built. People who donated money did so for a temple , not for hospital or college

Reporter: Why did the government spend so much money on Mandir? Was it that necessary? Jaggi Guru: It is not the government money. There is trust formed by the public. And money collected through that is spent on Mandir construction. You can check the account. Reporter: But the trust could have built schools and hospitals. Jaggi: You could also build, or the people who say so, can also build. They can build a hospital, or even a graveyard. Now Mandir is a necessity, so here it is. 🙏

@abhijitmajumder @IndiaHaier @HaierAppliances Haier must now be pleading with you to delete the tweet. The conventional customer service dept of most companies (foreign or desi) in India are defunct. Unless you tarnish their brand on SM, they don't get their act together. Have had this experience with several companies.

Bought a 2-tonne split AC from @IndiaHaier. Within a week, it stopped cooling. In spite of repeated calls and complaints, there has been no repair or replacement. In hindsight, I’ve made a big mistake. Avoid the brand. @HaierAppliances
