@norrstalgia it will all have to be updated as soon as so that hmrc and companies house can have the most up to date information - it’s used when working out company dividends and their audits

@norrstalgia companies house will be updated most likely when they submit their end of year accounts, some companies will change it under the advice of their accountants at their year end - coming from a trainee accountant
