Good News! Advocate B. Jagannnath of Madras High Court does it again. The @tnhrcedept which is present in Hindu Temples by FRAUD (and only by FRAUD) went on appeal against an order of Hon'ble 1st Bench of Madras High Court secured by Advocate Jagannath - where the Hon'ble Division Bench gave a detailed order on 09.01.2025 against the @tnhrcedept building a Shopping Complex using Sri Nandhiswarar temple funds and property in Nandhivaram near Chengalpattu. Today Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dismissed the Special Leave Petition (Appeal) filed by @tnhrcedept (its better to change the name of @tnhrcedept to "Illegal Contracts Department") The earlier well-reasoned judgment of the Hon'ble 1st Bench of Madras High Court - AFFIRMED. No more "shopping complexes" or impermissible purposes using Hindu temple funds and properties. Our heartfelt thanks to Advocate B Jagannath and the Senior Counsels who represented him before Hon'ble Supreme Court.
