First day completed. Approx 10km completed. Tents up and about to make a start on tea.

Stage 1. Of the expedition is going well, weather is ideal with Scouts in high spirits. Impressive map reading as well with no misdirection.

Thank you to Porter Explorer leaders for joining us tonight and running some great games including a brilliant moo off. After that we did some map reading and learning to read and understand grid references ready for expeditions.

Welcome back Scouts! New patrols, new Senior Patrol Leaders, Patrol Leaders and Assistant Patrol Leaders, congratulations! 🥳 Team building games to start followed by Scouts reviewing the behaviour policy and telling us how as a patrol they'll make sure it will be implemented.
