The Dutch Fiscal Information and Investigation Service is reporting the arrest of an unnamed Tornado Cash dev. It's suspected to be Tornado contributor Alex Pertsev @alex_pertsev.
If true, then Alex was approached by several men w/ guns and put into a cage.. because he coded.
