🎄🎁 This holiday season, the Maryland National Guard proudly joined forces with our fellow guardsmen and local organizations for a heartwarming 5-mile holiday toy ruck to the Children's National Hospital, where participants donated brand-new toys for the kids in Washington, D.C.

#OnThisDay in 1962, over 250 MDARNG soldiers were activated in response to the “Ash Wednesday Storm”. While the Ocean City area dealt with extreme flooding in the aftermath of the natural disaster, our soldiers patrolled damaged homes and businesses to deter criminal activity.

National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day is observed on December 7 to remember and honor the 2,403 Americans who were killed in the surprise attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on December 7, 1941. Join us today as we honor their memory and stand united in remembrance.
