Bombshell new DOJ documents just revealed Smith and his team reviewed the communications of 44 Members of Congress. Lying to Congress Under Oath is called perjury and is a felony under 18 U.S. Code 1001 §§ 1621, which carries a punishment of up to five years in prison. Smith must be charged.

I don't know. Depends who's running. If she's the nominee, of course, I'd vote for her. Holding my nose. But there are a lot of possibles. Newsom, Shapiro, Beshear. Maybe Ossoff. But on the Republican side, what do you have? Trump's ego won't let him designate a successor. Rubio? Vance? They're the Trump-legacy candidates. But what are their convictions? They're taking orders from Trump like a couple of valets. How about Stephen Miller? He's the one who seems to have the greatest influence with Trump and speaks with most conviction. Would you vote for Miller? Make your case.
