2KB has been assisting Savannah as an Owner's Representative in preparation for a #GEPC to upgrade facilities and reduce utility spend. The City has issued an #RFQ for ESCOs that are accredited by @NaescoNews and asks prospective bidders to attend site visits on 9/23

2KB is now approved by @eeregov to provide project facilitator services to federal agencies pursuing ESPCs! With billions of dollars in the pipeline for building decarbonization, there's lots of opportunity for the future 🏛️⚡️
