@NUFC_1980_1994 @John_Regan_ I still perceive that as spitting the dummy out, Marc. The club was still well resourced to compete (as proven by subsequent league finishes and FA cup finals).

@2NarMe @John_Regan_ Give over Owen. The club went PLC, told him he had to sell when we were on the cusp of getting there. They then wanted to use him to sell the shares. He left as a matter of principal.

@John_Regan_ He walked in January mate. To my knowledge, he has never come out with a reason. Rumours are it was because they had to sell players. To me, that’s spitting the dummy out.

@2NarMe He walked out a few games in. Hall had promised new players then stalled. When he quit, Hall and the Board were too busy counting the money over the sale of shares and took their eye off thr needs of the team.

Andy Burnham can talk all he wants about putting places like Makerfield first. Reality is this country has been built around London and the South for decades. Not that I’m interested in international football, but the most successful and decorated NUFC manager in 70 years getting the blame for the omission of Lewis Hall kind of sums up this app. On a brighter note, so pleased for Dan Burn - adds to an already incredible journey.

Pep Guardiola is much more than just an unbelievable manager. He spoke up for the people of Palestine, Sudan and Congo while others looked away. Pep used his platform to defend our shared humanity. That will never be forgotten. Thank you, Pep.

I am now positive that a lot of the mouthpieces on this app that constantly slag off Howe, blaming him for everything are mackems. There’s no other explanation, either that or they get a lift to school on the sunshine bus

Not sticking up for Eddie here but how is he to blame for Tuchel not picking Lewis Hall, I mean if it’s the fact he benched him for two games surely the same logic would stop Gordon and Burn going seeing as hes’s benched them more?
