Pls Donate's core system was made in 3 days. Your game has made you a multi-millionaire while you were still in school. You were given the chance that only 1 in a million get. There are people who spend months to years on a game to make very little return. You should be grateful Roblox has allowed you to get to your current position in life. Your true colors are showing through this tweet. You are pissed at Roblox, yes. Rightfully so, they should have given you more warning. But that doesn't change the fact you are a multi-multi-millionaire because of a loophole you discovered 4 years ago. You have enough money to make the next 'grow a garden', you have enough money to fund a huge Roblox project, you have enough money for literally pretty much anything you want to make on Roblox. Just remember, as easy as you made your fortune (because bloody hell was it easy), it can be taken away from you within a blink of an eye. Don't fall into greed because your easy money making method has come to an end

It is literally IMPOSSIBLE for you to own a game that allows players to donate and not get 10% of the cut. So at that point it’s either they’re jealous or made pls donated was created in the first place.🤦‍♂️

I think most people fail to see what PLS DONATE really was.🤦‍♂️It wasn't just a game for @haz3m_ to "middleman donations". The game was successful because of the community that formed around it. Thousands of content creators were able to give back to their fans and connect with their communities while getting super cool reactions and global recognition for their generosity. People donated because they got something back from it. Being generous came with its own kind of reward. On top of giving wealthy players a place to LITERALLY share their wealth with kids who couldn't afford Robux, it was also a great game for networking and meeting successful people you likely never would have met otherwise. Reducing the entire game to a "transaction skimmer" misses why millions of people played it in the first place. If you've actually spent time in the game, you'd know it was never just about the Robux—it was about the community, the interactions, and the culture that formed around giving. I got to meet a lot of cool people through PLS DONATE. And Hazem being upset that his game is being shunned is totally justified.

What community does pls donate have??? It’s just people being afk, begging for money, and bots. If you want to give Robux to your fans, you can still do group payouts but I guess you only care if it gets you recognition and have your name on a leaderboard to do so.

PLS DONATE will not be taken down, although it will be very different from here on out. All donations will use Roblox's Transfer API which currently has a limit of 5,000 R$/day and 10,000R$/mo Only users with a Roblox Plus subscription will be able to send Robux to other players, however users without a subscription can still receive Robux.

This is going to be a really hot take…. If you really think about it, the whole point of Pls Donate was to allow people to give robux to others. This game was made a long time ago, when Roblox didn’t have a proper feature for sending robux. Now, this feature is in place, and it allows players to send Robux to each other much more efficiently. So, why should Pls Donate exist? I can genuinely understand why the developers, content creators and community would be heartbroken, and I feel sorry for them. But at the end of the day, Pls Donate was a game that never really had any gameplay, the main part of the game was just players sending robux to each other. I mean, could you even call this a game? Also, the game was pocketing 10% for themselves while being a middleman. They made so much money from just people wanting to share robux. It was fine at the time the game was made, but now it’s just gonna be obsolete regardless with Roblox’s new Transfer API. And like, you cannot say that this is a bad feature, because 1) Robux gets sent instantly and 2) players keep 100% of the Robux shared. Even with the Plus subscription required and 10k robux/month cap, imo this is still wayyy better than Pls Donate. It would be unfair for Roblox to have to change this amazing feature just for the sake of Pls Donate. And from Roblox’s perspective, they were paying millions of dollars to the Pls Donate devs, and they can avoid doing that with the Transfer API. Don’t get me wrong, it’s cruel, I mean they’ve outed one of their most iconic developers, Hazem. But it’s beneficial for Roblox, and that’s what they care about. I know this is upsetting news but there is 0 chance Roblox will ever change this. Thank you for everything, Pls Donate

@haz3m_ This feature is great, instead of u taking a 10% out of a 40% tax cut from donations people can directly donate to one another with a lower 30% cut. U can still make money from in-game purchases like booths or passes
