Young people learn key skills such as networking, public speaking and team working all whilst getting more involved in their local community! 
 We can’t wait to work with more young people in the area this year and help them become better versions of themselves!

2022 saw the start of our exciting new programme, The Earls Court Future Programme (ECFP). Working with @earlscourtdevco, ECFP is designed to develop key employability skills in young people aged 15-21 in the boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea.

Must be aged 16-21 AND living, working, or studying in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Multiple entries are allowed.

Five winners will be chosen at random using an online generator and based on the number assigned to each comment (number 1 = comment 1 etc.) Winners will be announced at the final workshop on the 15th of February 2023.

We had a former mentee who spoke about her transformative experience as a mentee and the benefits of having a mentor! Everyone took part in an exciting raffle at the end where young people had the chance to win a multitude of personal development and self-care-related prizes.
