Saw some chatter about @GreenRoninPub 's Sword Chronicle but more modern... even a wester slant... I'm still over here waiting for pirates and space ships. But for real, can't wait to see those projects come to life.

Game masters and storytellers of the #ttrpg space. When running mysteries in your campaigns, how do you keep it all together and connected? Character webs? Extensive notes? Dossiers?

Excellent #Swordchronicle #TTRPG session last night - a zombie horde repelled, a prison break, and the revelation that their liege may actually be a vampire in disguise! Plus, the retinue picked up a couple of elves! Those come in handy!

@AeresChronicles I guess there's a lot to be said for the empty space between the author's words. I think people who actively fill in the gaps as they read (even when they turn out to be wrong later) see source material in any literature - but you're right, there are a lot of gaps.

@2gallonsofmayo People keep saying this, but fantasy novels typically aren't written, organized, and formatted in a way that immediately allows a GM to build an adventure out of them for players to go through.

Are there any completely system agnostic supplements or settings out there that you know of (and enjoy?) I'm not talking about, "this is compatible with the OSR," I'm saying zero stats or rules at all. Factions, adventure hooks, religions, lore, even reaction charts. #osr #ttrpgs

@affinitybyserif it would be really helpful if I could add a table in-line inside a text box, rather than having to stop the text box to flow around it. How would I do that?
