@KaiXCreator 🚨 30K employees is not 30k developers. Oracle is an enterprise business company spanning beyond just "Database and Java". Stop pushing vague headlines without proper context just to suit your narrative.

For a complete newbie in 2026, I’d advise starting with Frontend. Why? You see results immediately (huge for motivation) You learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript → the foundation of the web Modern frontend (React + Tailwind + shadcn) lets you build beautiful, functional apps very fast It gives you confidence and quick wins After 3–6 months of solid frontend, then move to Backend.Once you can build nice UIs, learning backend (Node.js, Python, or Go + databases + APIs) becomes much more meaningful. The best path for most newbies: Frontend first → Full-stack later → Specialize (AI agents, backend, etc.) We see many beginners quit because they started with backend and got overwhelmed with invisible complexity.Start visible. Stay motivated. Then go deeper. What are you currently learning — Frontend or Backend?

You’re hiring an entire IT department.
